What does the Get to Know Your Pool service involve?
We come to your pool and walk you through everything in plain English. We show you what each piece of equipment does, how your pump, filter and chlorinator work together, and the simple routine that keeps your water healthy.
By the end, you'll understand your pool and feel confident handling the day-to-day, with a clear idea of what to watch for and when to call in help.
I just bought a house with a pool, where do I start?
Start by understanding what you've got. Many new pool owners inherit equipment they've never used and water that may not be balanced. Rather than guessing (or paying for problems later), a quick walk-through sets you up properly from day one.
We'll also test your water for free at the shop any time, so you always know exactly where things stand.
Do I have to maintain the pool myself?
Not at all. Some owners love getting hands-on once they understand it; others would rather hand it over entirely. Both are fine.
If you'd prefer we just take care of everything, we can set you up on a scheduled servicing plan and handle the lot, so your pool's always ready and you never have to think about it.
